I'm Ashir Irfan, an independent full-stack developer based in Hyderabad.

I work with founders, product teams and agencies who care about the details, and I help them ship websites and web apps that load fast, rank well and work for everyone who uses them.

Before going independent in 2021 I spent three years as a developer at studios in Copenhagen and Porto, building everything from booking systems to museum websites. That taught me that good code is less about clever tricks and more about clarity: simple architecture, typed data and interfaces that are a pleasure to maintain.

Today I keep my practice deliberately small. I take on a handful of projects at a time and work directly with every client, bringing in trusted designers and specialists when a project needs them.

Every project follows the same simple rhythm, so you always know what happens next and what I need from you.

  2. Plan

    I turn that into a clear scope, a simple architecture and a fixed quote, so you know exactly what gets built and when.

  3. Build

    I work in short iterations with a live preview link you can click through from week one, never a big reveal at the end.

  4. Launch and support

    Tested, monitored and documented launches, plus support afterwards while real users put everything through its paces.
